What’s Included

When you book a FeatherFlex Visit, you’re not just booking a sitter. You’re accessing the NeuroNest care system that supports both your family and the sitter before, during, and after the visit.

Each FeatherFlex Visit includes:

• Access to fully trained NeuroNest sitters
• Visit-specific care coordination
• Secure communication and oversight through Brightwheel
• Sitter preparation using a family face sheet so they arrive informed and ready
• Ongoing support to promote safety, predictability, and a positive experience

How the Fees Work

NeuroNest uses a one-time family application fee and a per-visit coordination fee to support the behind-the-scenes work that makes each visit smoother and safer.

These fees help cover screening, sitter preparation, communication systems, and availability for support if questions or concerns arise. This structure allows us to provide intentional care rather than drop-in babysitting.

Fee Credit Policy

We never want families to pay twice for the same setup.

• The $25 family application fee is paid once and includes access to Brightwheel

• The one-time visit coordination fee is applied as a credit toward a NeuroNest membership if you choose to join within 60 days

This allows families to try NeuroNest without losing value if their needs continue, while allowing us to maintain thoughtful, supported care.

Sitter Rates

Hourly sitter rates are paid directly to the sitter and vary by provider.

$10/month + $15 per visit
Up to 4 visits per month
Designed for families who need affordable, ongoing support.

Includes:

• Access to all NeuroNest sitters

• 50% reduced per-visit fee

• Budget-friendly support for frequent care needs

• Scheduling priority over Nest Plan members

After each sitter visit, your per-visit fee (based on your membership level) is automatically added to your account. Sitters are paid directly by you at the agreed hourly rate, while NeuroNest only invoices for the visit fee.

The invoice is automatically charged to your saved payment method, so there’s no need to track or pay after every visit.

$25/month + $12 per visit
Up to 8 visits per month
Our most popular option—simple, flexible, and reliable.

Includes:

• Full access to the NeuroNest sitter network

• Priority matching over non-members

• Standard per-visit fee

• Perfect for occasional or moderate use

• Flexible scheduling options
