Fees at a Glance
• $15 one-time family application fee (paid once; includes Brightwheel access)
• $20 FeatherFlex visit coordination fee (supports sitter preparation, communication, and care oversight)
Fee Credit Policy
The $20 FeatherFlex visit coordination fee is credited toward your next NeuroNest visit, either another FeatherFlex visit or a plan-based visit, if booked within 60 days.
This ensures families never pay twice for the same setup while allowing us to maintain thoughtful, supported care.
Sitter Rates
Hourly sitter rates are set by each sitter and are paid directly to the provider.
